We Develop People. We Develop Leaders. We Develop VALUE.

Our Foundations

At Foundations2Success, we believe that it takes a team for one to become successful. We believe it takes a team to move an individual or an organization toward success. We further believe that this success comes from the creation a powerful personal network of hundreds of people. Finally, we believe in the principles of having a solid foundation and in servant leadership just as Christ displayed in John 13 and Luke 6:48.

Servant Leadership

Adding value to others originates from the servant leadership model. If one is not willing to serve others, he or she will never achieve any worthwhile level of success. Christ taught in John 13 about serving others and how to be a servant leader. Imagine, GOD our Father, the highest of all, putting a towel around his waist and washing the feet of his disciples. “You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done for you. Truly, truly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.” John 13: 13-16 ESV

Our purpose is to teach each of our clients about the importance of modeling a servant leader’s heart, and intensely desiring to add value to their respective organizations while working within their individual areas of strength.

We Develop Value

We teach that value is the essential cornerstone to leadership. Christ instructed us to build our house on a solid ROCK or risk it failing. We believe that if people and leaders become servants, just as Christ exemplified, and choose to add value to others and build their ministry upon a solid foundation, then the value gained is their ability to reach the world. “He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the steam broke against the house and could not shake it, because it had been well built.” Luke 6:48 ESV
